Grapes originate from the estate. Vineyard planted in 2010. This is the oldest block of Chenin grapes on the Estate. Harvested at optimal ripeness. Settled for 48 hours before natural fermentation in an egg shaped cement tank. The wine spend 8 months on the lees before bottling.

Concentrated aromas of pear, white peach and fynbos on the nose with layers of citrus and honeysuckle on the palate. Elegant fruit give this wine a creamy mouth feel and a long, fresh, earthy finish.
Pairs well with roast chicken, grilled trout or
pan fried pork chops with apple sauce.
