Description
MATURATION:
Matured in French Oak barrels for 14 months.
TASTING NOTES:
This wine shows prominent blackcurrant and mulberry flavours on the nose. The palate reflects a wine with finesse, fruit and supported by well-integrated firm French oak tannins. While delicious now this wine will only improve over time and should reward careful cellaring for up to 10 years.
FOOD RECOMMENDATIONS:
Leaner red meat, stews, and mildly spicy ethnic foods are the best foods to pair with this Shiraz.
