The vines planted in 2013 on the most southern point of the Estate closest to False Bay. The well-known South Easter breeze keep the grapes cool during the ripening period. Grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness to produce a fresh fruit driven wine. The wine has been made in a stainless steel tank to create floral aromas with apple and melon flavours and a fresh zesty finish.

TASTING NOTES:

Our White Blend is made from golden yellow grapes, which are delicately handpicked before they are brought to the cellar. Fresh melon and granny smith apple aromas compliment this wine. As soon as you take your first sip, you will detect just a hint of honey suckle and a sprinkling of luscious tropical fruit to tickle your taste buds. The wine ends with a crisp acidity and a delightful flavour, which lingers until you take your next sip.
