This Shiraz reflects the individuality of its terroir and represents the very best from the Croydon vineyards. This wine shows prominent blackcurrant and mulberry flavours on the nose. The palate reflects a wine with finesse, fruit and supported by well-integrated firm French oak tannins. While delicious now this wine will only improve over time and should reward careful cellaring for up to 10 years.

Leaner red meat, stews, and mildly spicy ethnic foods are the best foods to pair with this Shiraz.
