Our Pinotage grapes are extremely dark in colour and the wine created is bold and high in tannin and anthocyanin. Our Covenant Pinotage adds further layers of flavours other than fruit. You will also enjoy hints of rooibos, dried leaves, bacon, sweet and sour sauce, hoisin and sweet pipe tobacco.
