TASTING NOTES:
This wine reflects the individuality of its terroir, and represents the very best from the Croydon vineyards. This wine has a rich and explosive core with soft, sweet, black currant fruit, that follows right through to the last sip, backed up with a savouriness that is enticing. Tobacco, smoked meat and leather, all balance with the sultry dark fruit aromas of this wine and makes for a perfect food wine. A brilliant example of a great Stellenbosch Cabernet Sauvignon.
FOOD RECOMMENDATIONS:
Enjoy this wine with rare roast beef, lamb chops or dark chocolate fondant.
